This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Third Euro-NF International Conference, NET-COOP 2009 held in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, in November 2009.

Both VB .NET and C# are the key languages for Microsoft's next generation of Windows services, the .NET platform.
